How to disconnect Ripple Reply and have your data deleted — it only takes a minute.

If your business uses Ripple Reply (our Instagram customer-support tool), you can revoke its access to your Instagram professional account at any time:
This immediately revokes the App's access to your account. No new data will be received after disconnection.
Disconnecting stops new data; to also delete what's already stored (messages, conversation context, and access tokens), send us a deletion request:
Once we verify the request, we delete all stored messages, conversation context, and access tokens for your account within 30 days, and we'll confirm by email when it's done. (Even without a request, conversation data is automatically deleted after at most 90 days — see our Privacy Policy, Section 6.)
The same email works for anything else — booking details, correspondence, or client records. Tell us what you'd like deleted and we'll take care of it, subject to any legal retention requirements. Your rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
